One of the key themes to Tori Amos’ multifacted 2007 release, American doll Posse, WAS ITS homage to the legends of classic 1970’s American rock. Each song WAS inspired by a different legend and although THEY Were not specifically named, Father’s Son quite Closely follows the musical pedigree of The Doors. It’s Considered one of the songs from this album Favored and in playing it, I found at the end I Became Somewhat entranced and morphed Into the solo from Light My Fire. Hope you enjoy. ————————————————– ————————— A full list of the songs here Is Now available at: blog. myspace. com

Glad I finally watched this one! Excellent. I love how you know which settings to use and everything. You are so amazing
Plus I got to see your dog this time. OMG its so cute
But I think maybe it doesnt like your kb as much as I do.
You’re welcome!
thank you so much! i’ll have to try this tonight.
Thanks, JS!
Thank you. There’s piano + organ for the first three minutes and then starting w. the third verse thru Light My Fire, it’s all piano setting. I’ve been using the piano setting a lot recently, so I’ll keep that in mind. Good luck playing this, it’s a really nice song.
Sure. It’s g minor 7 and a minor 7 for the verses and in the chorus, Eb Major, Bb Major, a quick F Major, and back to g minor 7/a minor 7.
by the way, your playing in this video is great. forgot to comment on the actual video, lol. i like all your tori covers. great ear work. but, sometimes i’d wish you’d use the piano noise more.
ugh.. i really want to play this song.. could you tell me the chords quick? i could probably make something up from there.
NICE! xox
